Scott Chafin
Scott Chafin started his career at ENTACT 30 years ago, helping to grow the company from a startup to the premier provider of environmental remediation and geotechnical construction services in the U.S. He currently serves as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing business development, marketing, talent management and corporate responsibility efforts for the organization. Mr. Chafin graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a political science degree.
Cody Compton
Cody Compton, ENTACT’s Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting and finance functions. He brings more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience in a variety of sectors and roles. Mr. Compton began his career in the Fort Worth office of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the assurance practice serving a wide variety of clients and industries. He then went on to serve as CFO for private equity backed companies in the energy sector (IACX Energy LLC
Erik Gehringer
As Chief Operations Officer, Erik Gehringer is responsible for the company’s operations, engineering efforts and the overall success of ENTACT projects. He brings more than 20 years of environmental, geotechnical and civil construction experience to ENTACT. Before joining ENTACT in 2002, Mr. Gehringer worked at IT Corporation. Mr. Gehringer attended Rutgers University, where he earned his civil engineering degree.
Dean Pisani
Dean Pisani joined ENTACT over 30 years ago as one of the company’s original seven owners. During his tenure at ENTACT, Mr. Pisani has served in quality assurance and quality control, led teams as a project manager and spearheaded the opening of ENTACT’s regional office in Chicago. In 2000, Mr. Pisani was named ENTACT’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to ENTACT, Mr. Pisani worked for Xerox Corporation in various sales roles. Mr. Pisani graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder
