ENTACT is performing residential remediation and restoration activities at this high profile site. Scope of work includes excavation of PCB impacted soils from over 585 residential properties; backfilling and revegetation; and transportation and placement of removal soils to the Central Staging Area or an off-site TSCA approved disposal facility.

Residential Lot Remediation - Residential Lot Remediation occurs when impacted soil needs to be removed from a residential setting. As with any environmental remediation project, techniques for accomplishing residential remediation vary depending upon the exact situation – such as size of the residential area, number of individual lots, and type of contaminant. Primary emphasis is placed on safety of residents and careful restoration of the residential lots with clean soil and new landscaping.
