- Program scope is management and closure of fifty three (53) sites
- Pre-funded lump sum seven (7) year contract
- Sites in North America, Central American, Middle East, and Asia
- Varied site conditions, lithology, constituents of concern, and chemical concentrations
- Treatment technologies include interceptor trenches, in-situ chemical reduction, and in-situ oxidation

ENTACT performed in-situ groundwater treatment using chemical oxidation at multiple sites located in Canada, Mississippi, Wyoming, and Texas as part of a 7 year contract with a major industrial client to manage a pre-funded, 53 site legacy portfolio. These sites frequently exhibited groundwater impacts from chlorinated solvents and hydrocarbons. A variety of reagents and reagent delivery techniques were used depending on site conditions, lithology, constituents of concern, and chemical concentrations. In general, reagent addition was used to reduce initial contaminant mass and was followed by a polishing step using biological agents.
- Designed and installed an eight extraction point SVE system and associated soil air handling and treatment system to address CVOCs in site soils
- Excavated and stabilized cadmium in the CVOC impacted soils to remove cadmium as an UHC in areas where soils could not be treated in-situ
- Performed site restoration and operation and maintenance of the SVE system

ENTACT designed and installed an eight point Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) system and associated soil air handling and treatment system to address Chlorinated Volatile Organic Compounds (CVOCs) in site soils at this active industrial facility. System laterals and extraction point valves were constructed below grade to allow for continued use of the area for facility parking. Additional activities included demolition of an on-site building, excavation and stabilization of cadmium impacted soils, site restoration, and operation and maintenance of the SVE system.
