At ENTACT, each associate will make a mental hazard assessment of their work area and job task. Emphasis is to proactively identify and eliminate potential practices or conditions that could cause any type of incident before work begins. JTRs are performed at the beginning of each shift prior to starting work, before changing tasks, for non-routine work activities or unusual circumstances, when circumstances change during a task, before resuming work after Stop Work has been used, and after a loss or significant near loss has occurred.
