Former Chemical Processing
Facility Closure

ENTACT performed plant closure activities in preparation for sale. Site activities included interior and exterior decontamination of over 100 tanks and associated process lines; high pressure wet decontamination of trenches, process rooms, and press building; temporary closure of Therminol UST systems; and managing of various waste streams. Gathered product was either returned for reutilization or disposed at the on-site wastewater/oil water separator.
Tank Demolition
ENTACT is currently performing multi-year remediation work at this active refinery. Site activities have included management of hydrocarbon impacted material; demolition and disposal of various buildings and concrete support structures; decontamination, dismantling, and demolition of 40 one million gallon aboveground storage tanks and additional pipelines; extensive tank and piping asbestos abatement; and 11 acre wetland creation which included dewatering and treatment of 30 million gallons of low pH water and placement of 150,000 cubic yards of fill.
